"There was a massive mixup on my insurance policies of my cars in my homes from another agency and I got transferred to this agency with Keith Kerloch and his crew. "My family has had insurance with State Farm through Keith Garlock’s office for many many years. I want to express how grateful I am to the team there for their help with a recent auto flood claim. First, right after the parking lot at my place of work flooded and damaged my car’s transmission, I called the office. Skip Wellman verified my coverage and walked me through what steps to take, and I followed his advice to get a claim started. Once the claim was started, Skip called me to follow up and make sure to answer my questions. A bit later in the week, the claims process seemed to stall, and I called the office to see what I could do to move things along. This time, Monica called State Farm corporate to check on the delay, then she called the mechanic to help clarify what was needed. By the next day, the claim was back on track and the repairs were authorized. State Farm corporate was also helpful over the phone, but I think that Skip and Monica were who really helped resolve the claim and get my car repaired so I could get on with life. Thank you!"

"I have been with State Farm for over 25 years , I have had multiple cars and kids on my policy at any given time which of course comes with minor accidents and tickets, through it all State Farm , Keith Garlock have continued to work with me and for me , with positive outcomes I have heard the horror stories of other insurance companies and I will happily stay put with State Farm"

"Was in an accident that wasn’t my fault and the person who hit me wanted to settle without insurance. State Farm Rp advised to wait to hear back from him but I told her my gut tells me he will flake. She said it’s Friday and he might have other stuff to do. Well, he did flake so I called State Farm Corporate to report the accident. State Farm Rp calls me after saying I did the right thing and good thing I’m not hurt. Thinking that they were concerned for my health, her next sentence was “because I’m not seeing you have any medical coverage with us.” I told her that I had my own and she said “I bet it doesn’t cover chiropractic.” Well, it does cover chiropractic care. They only reached out to me to upsell me on something and not to answer my initial request. Been with them a long time and this wasn’t the first time they were not helpful at all."
